Refund Policy

At StickyNation we want you to love your stickers. Because every sticker is custom printed to order, we follow a fair and clear policy on refunds. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Refund Eligibility

Since our stickers are custom printed on demand, we are only able to offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. This includes:

  • Stickers that arrive torn, scratched or misprinted
  • Wrong item shipped compared to what you ordered
  • Manufacturing defects such as poor adhesion or color errors

How to Request a Refund

If your order qualifies, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Refund Timeline

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to reflect in your account.

Replacement Option

Prefer a fresh set of stickers instead of your money back? We are happy to send a free replacement for any damaged or defective item. Just let us know in your email and we will get a new batch printed and shipped to you.

Non-Refundable Cases

Because each sticker is custom printed just for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Wrong size or variant selected by the customer at checkout
  • Minor color differences between your screen and the printed result

We recommend double-checking your size and design choices before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been shipped. Once an order enters printing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
